Refund policy

At JawForce, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used jaw exercisers cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
